Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for on-prem and cloud platforms using industry-leading tools
Automate DevOps workflows across all phases of the delivery pipeline
Collaborate with Scrum teams to deploy and operate microservices-based applications in multiple environments, including production
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance
Use monitoring tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve system events and alarms, focusing on eliminating recurring issues
Provide timely and informative follow-up on incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance
Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and immutable infrastructure principles
Implement DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability scanning and compliance frameworks
Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in strategic planning and aligning DevOps initiatives with business goals
Qualification

10+ Years of Experience

Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet
Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE)
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks
Programming/Scripting: Python, Shell, Go
