Customer Success Specialist

They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to assist customers with their scheduling scenarios and provide product demos while collaborating with the team on support and product strategies.

Responsibilities
Answering questions via email/chat/video/phone from prospective and existing customers about our product
Helping customers find solutions to their unique scheduling scenarios
Providing customers with product demos via video link
Updating internal product collateral (knowledge base, etc.)
Qualification
Required
PhD-level understanding of our product
Strong verbal and written communicator
Systems thinker who can help bring clarity to complex ideas
Customer needs top of mind during design and decision-making process
Balance a pragmatic problem-solving approach with a strong attention to detail
Welcomes feedback to improve skills and work
Takes initiative and works with a healthy sense of urgency
Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
Friendly, engaging, and professional manner
Strong interest in technology/SaaS products
Experience in customer/client interaction
Motivated to help customers get the most out of our product
Highly organized, with attention to detail
Preferred
Spanish language skills
