New Grad, Entry LevelApexCore Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician (I) who will travel throughout the USA to execute mechanical and electrical tasks in support of field service projects related to Power Transmission, Distribution, and Generation. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment, while also participating in marketing the company's capabilities for future opportunities.

Responsibilities
Installation, maintenance and or repair of electrical equipment following defined procedures and industry standards
Receive assignments and instructions from lead and manager – both verbal and written
Read, understand, and follow guidelines set forth by Company procedures and blueprints when performing assigned work
Select proper materials and parts for assembly operations
Setup and layout materials and tools for all assembly operations
Maintain the required clearances and dimensions for the voltage classifications specified
Support Field Service Technician with: Transformer Assembly, Electrical Testing, Controls, LTC’s, Oil Processing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Mechanically inclined and have basic knowledge of hand tools
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
Basic understanding of operating heavy machinery/equipment
Self-directed, positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions/directions
Advanced computer skills
Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment

Ability to travel 95% of the time to different job sites throughout the region. Travel by vehicle and plane
Ability to operate heavy machinery, climb, and work at heights
Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
