AVP, HRIS Operations Administrator.
Partnership Employment is seeking an AVP, HRIS Operations Administrator to enhance and manage HRIS operations. The role involves collaborating across HR functions to optimize workflows and ensure data accuracy while serving as a technical expert for the HRIS platform.
Responsibilities
Collaborate across HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations) to design and update workflows, system configurations, and process enhancements within the HRIS platform and connected tools
Safeguard data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR platforms, ensuring appropriate access controls are maintained and regularly reviewed
Oversee and manage system-driven events including compensation planning cycles, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment
Serve as a technical subject matter expert and administrator for the HRIS, handling daily issues, complex problem resolution, and vendor escalations as needed
Manage system integrations, from implementation to maintenance and optimization
Act as the primary point of contact for any third-party HR tech or application management service providers supporting the HRIS ecosystem
Lead and support payroll staff responsible for processing regular and off-cycle payments for a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees
Offer expert-level guidance and troubleshooting support to internal departments using the HRIS platform
Qualification
Required
Experience in HRIS operations and administration
Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, and employee relations
Proven ability to manage system integrations and optimizations
Experience in overseeing system-driven events such as compensation planning cycles, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment
Technical expertise in HRIS platforms and ability to resolve complex issues
Experience in managing data accuracy and confidentiality across HR platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively across various HR functions
Experience in leading payroll staff and managing payroll processes for a large workforce
