Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and under general supervision
Experience in administering housing programs or similar services
Strong customer service skills
Ability to supervise student staff
Experience with space reservation processes
Availability for on-call responsibilities and some weekday after hours and weekend work
Ability to work significant weekday after hours and weekend work during the summer months (June, July, August)
