Responsibilities

Own and execute a region-specific sales and territory strategy, tailored to market dynamics and aligned with company objectives
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline — from prospecting and lead generation to consistently closing new landlord partnerships
Establish and deepen strategic, multi-stakeholder relationships with owners, operators, and decision-makers across the multifamily sector
Be the face of Cosign at regional and national industry events
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate Cosign’s value proposition and drive conversion
Lead client lifecycle management — onboarding, expansion within 120 days, and long-term account growth
Serve as the regional market expert, continuously gathering and sharing trends, insights, and competitive intelligence to influence go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Executive Leadership, playing a key role in shaping cross-functional initiatives that drive growth
Track and report on performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making
Travel up to 50% to strengthen client relationships and execute regional strategy

Required

Minimum 3 years in a sales leadership role within multifamily proptech industry
Demonstrated success exceeding enterprise sales targets and driving revenue growth
Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams
Strong track record of developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies
Deep understanding of the multifamily landscape, with established relationships and knowledge of housing policies
Skilled in managing accounts, driving renewals, and expanding client relationships
Exceptional prospecting, pipeline management, and enterprise closing capabilities
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven sales management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
