Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, hand sketches, and AutoCAD drawings
Create and process kitchen and custom millwork designs using IX/3D and AutoCAD
Program CNC machines from CAD/CAM drawings using IX and Enroute
Coordinate daily with vendors, shop foreman, and leadership
Support shop teams with construction methods and installation planning
Qualification
Required
Drafting and CNC programming experience in millwork, cabinetry, or wood manufacturing
Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Full-time availability (7–8 AM start); occasional Saturdays required
Preferred
Experience with high-end custom millwork
