Giving4Good Fundraising Auctions is seeking a receptionist to join their team. This individual will provide administrative support, handle front desk duties, and coordinate social media efforts.

Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the sales, operations, franchise sales and administrative departments
Handle all front desk reception
Coordinates social media efforts
Assisting office management with day-to-day office operations
Answering phones
Producing and publishing social media content across various social media channels
Preparing proposals for the sales team
Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Have experience answering multi line telephone system
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Have experience with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
Be an exceptional TEAM player
Positive attitude with a courteous and professional demeanor
Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
Be self-motivated with willingness to take on additional projects and tasks as needed
