Responsibilities
Design, build, and enhance cloud-native services supporting an observability platform
Contribute to platform resiliency, security, and scalability improvements
Work on metrics and tracing pipelines using OpenTelemetry
Collaborate within a small, empowered engineering squad
Apply engineering best practices across CI/CD, testing, and automation

Required
Employment Type: W2 only (consultants must be willing to work under our W2)
Visa: Open to all work authorizations
No C2C / No Third Parties
Location: Must be local To Merrimack, NH/ Smithfield, Rhode Island /Westlake, TX
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 Weeks Onsite (Alternate Weeks), 2 Weeks Remote
Strong programming expertise in either: Python OR Golang (Either is fine — Java-only profiles will not be considered)
Hands-on experience with containerization: Kubernetes and/or Docker
Cloud experience with: AWS (EC2, EKS preferred) OR Azure (acceptable alternative)
Experience building, deploying, or supporting distributed systems at scale
5+ years of hands-on experience with scalable, distributed systems
Proficiency in Python or Golang
Experience with Linux-based systems
Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancers, routing)
Experience deploying applications in cloud environments
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, etc.)
CI/CD experience using tools like Jenkins or equivalent
Preferred
Experience with observability tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Splunk
Prior experience working on logging, metrics, or tracing platforms
AWS Cloud certifications
Frontend exposure with React or Node.js
