IT Support Specialist (Level 1)
Managed Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to provide frontline technical support for managed clients. This role focuses on service desk support, endpoint troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 user assistance while maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
Respond to and triage incoming support requests
Provide remote and onsite technical support
Troubleshoot common issues such as:
Windows workstation performance
Printer connectivity and mapping
Email and Microsoft 365 access
Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and basic account changes
Support endpoint monitoring and maintenance using tools such as Datto RMM
Assist with endpoint setup, configuration, and deployments
Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation
Maintain accurate client documentation in IT Glue
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the support process
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of IT support, help desk, or MSP experience
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Comfortable learning new tools and following established processes
Team-oriented with a client-first mindset
