New Grad, Entry LevelWisconsin Stamping and Manufacturing is a privately-held independent metal fabrication company. They are seeking a CNC Mazak & Haas machines Set-up/Operator to perform machine startup, operation, troubleshooting, and ensure peak performance of CNC equipment.

Responsibilities
Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC machining equipment
Setup and operate CNC machining equipment
Perform some machine alignment procedures and machine zero home procedures to keep equipment at peak operating performance
Able to troubleshoot machine problems
Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids
Must be able to set up Mazak and Haas
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement
Excellent attendance and a positive, 'can do' attitude
Preferred
Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
CNC programming experience
