Responsibilities
Work in coordination with the government customer to support a variety of engineering tasks for a telephony transition project
Support assigned work and necessary measures to ensure task completion for E911 compliance, integrating with E911 service providers and validating accurate location information for all users
Maintain responsibility for completing assigned projects within budget and scheduling guidelines
Follow pre-defined process and workflow
Support on-site work schedule
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
US Citizen eligible for Public Trust Access
Experience with Microsoft Telephony
Ability to work as part of a collaborative engineering team
Ability to support independent tasks as assigned
Analyst mindset and attention to detail for troubleshooting
Hands-on tasks and supporting documentation experience
