Responsibilities
Lead 5–8 enterprise programs, owning results alongside business and IT partners
Develop program roadmaps, charters, plans, and resource strategies
Track progress against scope, schedule, budget, and KPIs—and communicate clearly with leadership
Oversee related projects and directly manage projects
Identify and mitigate risks, including regulatory and data considerations
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Support change management, adoption, and continuous improvement of EPMO practices
Qualification
Required
Strong program and project management experience, ideally within P&C insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Comfort with data, reporting, and project-tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, Power BI)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus
