The role involves overseeing airport projects, managing budgets, and serving as the client contact for airport officials and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage aviation construction for airport projects including runway extensions, reconstruction of runways, taxiways, aprons and possible vertical infrastructure such as hangars
Manage budgets and schedules for assigned airport projects and be the client contact to city airport officials and stakeholders
Responsible for the construction management and oversite of airport construction
Serves as a client contact to airport boards/commissions and airport clients as assigned
Coordinates construction administration and monitors all documentation requirements with field staff and daily documentation
Assists with the training and development of professional and technical inspection staff
Travels periodically to work sites and other project related locations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer
1-5 years' experience in the civil engineering field within construction management/contract administration/inspection of public works projects
Preferred
Airport infrastructure experience
