CURE Auto Insurance is a leading direct writer of auto insurance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. They are currently seeking a support person to join their in-house law firm, where the role involves handling mail deliveries, managing documents, and providing administrative support to the legal staff.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries via on-site mail facility
Internally scan, upload, email, and otherwise route mail and other documents to appropriate legal staff
Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems
Receive case referrals and properly assign them to staff per firm directives
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office
Professionally greet visitors
Answer phone calls and route to the appropriate staff members
Order and restock supplies as necessary
Provide other general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualification
Required
Computer proficiency and knowledge in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Pitney Bowes, and Adobe
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Ability to multi-task
Professional and articulate in person, on the phone, and in written communication
Must be a team player
The candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills, and the ability to multitask
Preferred
Legal/law firm experience preferred within the litigation or insurance defense field
Experience with case file intake, referrals, and transfers a plus
