Responsibilities
Strategic and tactical day to day leadership of clients across multiple businesses or business units
Stay alert for opportunities to grow client business; understand the client’s category and consistently provide value within their space
Manage the development of creative product from initial input through completion
Lead planning, budgets, presentations, and blueprint/roadmap development for assigned divisions of responsibility
Manage and deliver ongoing client correspondence, including status reports and conference reports
Develop strong, collaborative client and cross-functional team relationships
Quickly and effectively resolve client concerns to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
Manage project scopes and budgets, proactively keeping clients engaged and revising as needed as work evolves
Build relationships with finance, resource management, and operations teams to ensure appropriate workload planning and staffing
Qualification
Required
6+ years of marketing communication experience with 4+ years of agency experience
Understanding of agency strategic and project management processes and ability to turn them into action for themselves and teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills; is an active listener who can read a room and efficiently lead meetings/conversation
Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
Experience creating scopes, contributing to forecasts, managing budgets, and overseeing financial processes (estimating, billing) from an Account Management perspective
Able to guide/judge creative to be on strategy; offers concise input and direction to the creative department, to inspire and lead in the development of outstanding creative product
Word, Excel, and Keynote skills essential
