Manager – Employee & Labor Relations (ER/LR)
Infobahn Softworld Corp. is seeking an experienced Manager – Employee & Labor Relations (ER/LR) to lead and manage complex employee relations and labor relations activities across assigned regions. This role involves handling investigations, grievance management, compliance, and providing advisory support to leaders while ensuring alignment with employment laws and organizational standards.

Responsibilities
Manage assigned ER/LR operational activities to meet KPIs, SLAs, and service delivery targets
Ensure timely, compliant handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation matters
Provide expert guidance and counsel to ER/LR Specialists and HR partners
Lead and manage complex investigations, sensitive employee issues, and escalations; ensure thorough documentation
Investigate and prepare responses to EEOC and equivalent government agency charges in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada
Support collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations and contract administration
Serve as ER/LR Country or Business Segment Leader (e.g., Canada, Puerto Rico)
Act as a Common Ground facilitator and lead direct interventions with managers and employees
Maintain current knowledge of employment and labor laws; ensure policies remain compliant with local regulations
Develop and update ER/LR policies at the regional or country level
Represent the organization in unemployment hearings and government proceedings
Deliver ER/LR training to HR professionals, business leaders, and people managers
Lead ER/LR projects, change initiatives, and stakeholder communications
Conduct environmental scans and support major workplace events such as RIFs, M&A activities, and organizational changes
Analyze operational metrics and HR analytics to drive insights, continuous improvement, and service excellence
Prepare written reports, communications, and documentation supporting ER/LR activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Minimum 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong focus on Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and HR Generalist responsibilities
Proven experience handling employee misconduct, investigations, performance issues, and management advisement
Strong knowledge of HR operations, ER/LR best practices, and employment law
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or influencing global or virtual teams
Experience with Service Center technologies, case/ticket management systems, and HR platforms (HRIS, ERP, ATS)
Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to drive decisions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
High results orientation with ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities
