Customer Care Manager
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Own daily operations, service levels, and escalations across group policy administration
Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, billing, and customer service teams
Ensure regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and risk mitigation
Build trusted relationships with brokers, plan administrators, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3+ years leading insurance operations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
Proven people leader: calm under pressure, decisive, and adaptable
Experience coaching teams and improving processes in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
