At least 3 years of experience working in a law office setting and a solid knowledge of the probate and estate planning processes including, but not limited to, filing probate documents, preparing and filing deeds, and assisting clients with completion of trust and estate documents
Ability to multi-task under time constraints with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualification
Required
