Technical Support Technician
Quality Choice Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Technician to provide back-end support for their Client Safety Incident Management System. The role involves routine administrative functions, user administration, workflow management, and quality control troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Provide back-end support for Client Safety Incident Management System (Cority)
Perform routine administrative functions
Assist with user administration
Review and create workflows
Perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
Experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
Experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of an enterprise technology system
Experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically
Experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Provide professional technical customer service to users
