Quality Support Specialist

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking a Quality Support Specialist. This role involves overseeing center operations, driving enrollment, and developing staff through training and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Serve as an Interim Center Director
Oversee the day-to-day center operations in line with our early childhood philosophy and best practice standards
Participate and oversee in the preparation and maintenance of a variety of narrative and statistical reports, records and files related to assigned activities and personnel; compose and distribute correspondence
Be a sales advocate for the center and successfully drive and grow enrollment by focusing on new enrollments, tours, marketing, and community engagement
Develop and teach staff by conducting ongoing observations, staff training, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities
Assist in implementing policies, procedures, rules, regulations, programs, and activities designed to develop assigned programs and services
Identify key questions to ask the business in order to gain a deep understanding of center operations and uncover the most critical aspects of each role, enabling effective training of operations staff
Collaborate with Regional Directors as a trusted advisor and business partner to design and implement impactful training programs across all childcare facilities
Interpret, apply, and explain applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations

Required

bachelor's degree
3+ years of previous management and leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility
previous or current experience working as a Center Director
must reside within reasonable driving distance of a major airport
must be based in CST or EST
