Required

Have a master's degree from an accredited college or university including advanced courses in public administration
Have two years of experience in operations research, systems design, business process reengineering and other management analyses
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university including advanced courses in public administration and four years of experience in operations research, systems design, business process reengineering and other management analyses
Knowledge of the principles and practices of budget, management, operational and methods analysis
Knowledge of the principles and practices of public administration in a large organization
Knowledge of the principles and applications of computer spreadsheets, databases and presentation software
Ability to synthesize data from a wide variety of sources
Ability to comprehend and define complex problems and prepare solutions or arguments
Ability to work with mathematical statistics, mathematical probability and application, experimental design, statistical inference, and econometrics
Ability to construct mathematical and computer models for use in analysis and forecasting
Ability to write reports, critical recommendations and presentation materials
Ability to communicate effectively and to enlist the cooperation of others
Ability to read and comprehend complex technical, fiscal and legal materials
Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities
