Organizational Change Manager

Responsibilities

Assess the current change, communications, and enablement plans for the IT transformation and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to strengthen user adoption
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including program sponsors, middle managers, frontline change champions, and cross‑functional teams across a large, geographically dispersed workforce
Segment and refine change strategies by Persona (e.g., field service, remote staff, HQ employees) to ensure messages and tactics are tailored to specific roles, workflows, and impacts
Collaborate with internal OCM, communications, and training teams to coordinate plans and ensure a cohesive, consistent experience for end users across all three new platforms
Design and execute change management activities (e.g., stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness checks, engagement sessions, coaching plans) aligned to established frameworks such as Prosci, while tailoring them to the organization's culture and history
Create and/or refine change‑related content and tools, including talking points, stakeholder updates, FAQs, manager toolkits, and enablement materials, ensuring clarity and alignment to program goals
Provide structured coaching and guidance to middle managers and local leaders so they can effectively support their teams through the transition and address resistance at the front line
Monitor change adoption and readiness using qualitative and quantitative indicators; identify areas of concern early and recommend targeted interventions to mitigate risk
Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and presentations with diverse audiences, from executive leadership to frontline staff, adjusting style and approach to each group
Partner with program leadership to ensure change plans are aligned with overall project timelines, cutover plans, and training activities, and adjust tactics based on evolving program needs
Remain current in leading OCM practices and methodologies, especially as they relate to large‑scale, user‑impacting IT and ERP transformations
Prepare and present clear, concise status updates, metrics, and recommendations to steering committees and executive sponsors to support decision‑making and keep the organization informed

Required

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
Prior experience as an Organizational Change Manager, Change Lead, and/or OCM Consultant on large-scale IT or ERP transformations
5–10 years professional work experience in change management and/or organizational development, supporting complex technology and process change
Strong understanding of end-user–impacting IT implementations (e.g., ERP, field service, or service management tools) and demonstrated ability to drive user adoption and mitigate resistance
A track record of exceptional executive and stakeholder relationship management and successful influence across executive, middle management, and frontline audiences
A track record of success in developing and communicating change strategies at an initiative, program, or business unit level
A track record of developing, communicating, managing, and achieving change adoption, engagement, and readiness objectives
Experience managing change within a geographically dispersed, hybrid (onsite and remote) workforce and tailoring messaging to different Personas and roles

Preferred

Previous experience applying recognized change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci or similar frameworks) in large, multifaceted programs
Progressively responsible experience planning and executing change strategies for diverse stakeholder groups across large organizations
