Responsibilities
Own customer engagements end-to-end
Leverage recruiter capacity: Translate customer needs into action by mobilizing the right recruiters and ensuring consistently strong outcomes
Serve as the voice of the customer: Advocate for a truly differentiated experience by feeding insight across the business and influence when needed
Shape how delivery evolves: Lead strategic projects that influence how we show up for customers as we scale, partnering closely with sales, supply, product, and engineering
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in consulting
2-5 years of experience at a startup (ops, sales, gtm, etc.)
Based in SF, or willing to relocate
Bachelor's degree from an amazing university
