Responsibilities
Adapt quickly, handle customer interactions, and support onboarding/training
Data mining and number crunching
End-to-end responsibility for smooth migration
Strong verbal and written skills; proactive client updates
Inbound/outbound calls to inform clients about migration and next steps
Qualification
Required

Back-Office Work: Data mining and number crunching
Client Experience Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for smooth migration
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; proactive client updates

Preferred
Banking or online customer service experience
Data analytics expertise
Proficiency using multiple computer screens
Strong MS Excel skills; Access Optima is a plus
Previous client training experience
