Responsibilities
Interacting with banking and other counterparty relationships to price securities, facilitate trade execution, and solve operational issues
Coordinating with different internal groups, including Portfolio Managers, Accounting Team and Family Assistants, to ensure smooth functioning of various operational processes
Facilitating monthly client reporting and presentation process
Generating trade instructions
Ensuring that compliance protocols are meticulously followed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' work experience in financial services with strong knowledge of financial products and markets
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written along with superior math skills
Flexibility to deal with a fast-paced, diverse individuals and environment
Highly organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgment to continually prioritize
Preferred
An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or related degree preferred
