Responsibilities

Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations and job safety analyses
Maintain and manage safety documentation, training records, incident reports, and compliance reporting
Assist in developing, implementing, and improving project-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures
Provide safety training, guidance, and incident investigation support to contractors, employees, and project teams
Act as a liaison for safety compliance with clients, contractors, government agencies, and third-party reviewers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction health and safety

Preferred certifications include CSP, CHST, or other industry-recognized safety credentials
