Senior LevelDaley And Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to support and maintain its Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity environments. This role involves providing critical continuity and expertise during a period of transition and ongoing platform modernization.

Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft 365 E5 environment, including: Exchange Online and SMTP relay configurations, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams (voice, chat, and video)
Manage Intune policies for Windows and iOS devices
Troubleshoot identity, access, and endpoint compliance issues
Support a multi-region Azure environment (Production and DR)
Manage approximately 130 virtual machines across: Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments
Maintain VNets, VM availability, patching, and operational health
Assist with infrastructure improvements and cloud optimization initiatives
Administer Palo Alto firewalls in Azure and on-prem environments
Support Palo Alto Prisma Access: Azure Service Connections, Remote networks and always-on VPN
Ensure secure internet egress and network segmentation
Support firewall policy updates and troubleshooting
Support vulnerability management and testing using: Rapid7, Horizon3
Monitor and respond to security events using: Rapid7 IDR, Microsoft Defender
Collaborate with leadership on security posture and risk mitigation
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or cloud engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (E5)
Strong hands-on experience with Azure IaaS environments
Strong hands-on experience with Intune and endpoint management
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Prisma Access
Familiarity with vulnerability scanning and security monitoring tools
Ability to operate independently in a regulated, production environment
Preferred
Financial services or regulated industry experience
Experience with SharePoint migrations
Prior consulting or contractor background
