Business Development Consultant
Professional Cleaning & Restoration Systems of Connecticut is seeking a Business Development Consultant. The role involves building relationships, generating revenue, and utilizing a proven sales model to achieve high levels of success in a commission-only position.
Responsibilities
Building a territory through effective prospecting
Obtaining appointments for “At the Desk” meetings and presentations
Attending and actively participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to establish trusted relationships and grow a referral network
Maintaining and developing client relationships in order to build a referral network with a specific set of tools and deliverables and on-going "farming" activities
Generating revenue through a highly organized and supported work plan
Qualification
Required
Some sales experience
Trainable and coachable
Belief in achieving a six-figure income through hard work
Open and willing to learn new ways of doing things
Capable of building relationships where people know, like and trust you as a business resource
Understanding of the importance of measurement and improvement
Willingness to use a CRM program

Preferred
Experience working with Property Managers, plumbing and mechanical contractors and insurance agents
