Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across architecture and interior design
Source and engage experienced candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and our CRM (Bullhorn)
Manage pipelines for direct-hire and executive searches
Provide candidates with a professional, well-guided, intentional experience
Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and guide them through each stage to ensure they’re informed, prepared, and supported
Ability to travel to New York City occasionally for team and client meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; field of study flexible
3+ years of agency recruiting experience, ideally in architecture, interior design, or creative services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
Strong sourcing ability and comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience with CRM/ATS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Experience with direct placements and executive searches
Ability to maintain a thoughtful, well-managed candidate experience
