Responsibilities

Lead envisioning and discovery workshops to identify opportunities where Power Platform, Copilot, and LLMs can streamline workflows, augment decisions, or enable new AI‑driven experiences
Architect end‑to‑end intelligent apps and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, integrated with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and cloud data/AI platforms
Design AI‑enhanced experiences using Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and other LLM services, including prompt/response patterns, tool calling, and integration with enterprise data via RAG or plugins
Define environment strategies, ALM practices, and AI‑aware governance (including DLP policies, safety rails, and role‑based access) for Power Platform and copilots
Collaborate with data platform and BI/ML architects to consume certified data products, semantic models, and features in apps and agents, ensuring responsible access to sensitive data
Develop reusable components, AI‑ready templates, and reference architectures that accelerate delivery of common app, workflow, and copilot patterns
Support sales and account teams with solutioning, estimates, prototypes, and demos that showcase AI‑driven business scenarios on Power Platform
Coach and review solutions built by citizen and professional developers, with emphasis on AI usage guidelines, security, and quality
Guide delivery teams through implementation, including design of AI interactions, telemetry/feedback loops, and risk/issue management for LLM‑based solutions
Monitor platform and copilot usage and recommend improvements to standards, patterns, and enablement programs
Co‑create and maintain Power Platform and Copilot solution offerings, including reference apps, templates, and AI governance toolkits for repeatable use cases

Required

5+ years building business applications or workflow solutions, including at least 3+ years delivering production solutions on Power Platform
Strong hands‑on experience with Power Apps (canvas and/or model‑driven), including Dataverse modeling, formulas, and UX design
Deep experience with Power Automate for approvals, integrations, and background automations at scale
Solid understanding of Dataverse concepts (tables, relationships, security roles) and environment/solution management
Expertise with Azure AD and integration patterns, including working with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and external APIs via standard or custom connectors
Proven ability to design production ready, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with ALM and governance best practices
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain no‑code / low‑code / pro‑code and AI trade‑offs to both IT and business stakeholders
Prior consulting or solution architecture experience, including workshops, POCs, and supporting complex deal cycles, is highly desirable

Preferred

Basic Power BI skills to embed reports into apps and collaborate with BI teams on shared models
Foundational understanding of data platform concepts (warehouses, lakehouses, data products) and how they feed AI and copilot scenarios
