Preparing service orders, purchase orders

Prepares accident reports
Abides by Fair Housing Laws
May supervise pool area during the season
Handle payroll
Participate in inspections of properties and perform other duties as may be requested by management
May be exposed to potentially harmful products (chemicals)
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Ability to type forms and short correspondence accurately and communicate cooperatively on the telephone
Valid Driver's License (if operating a vehicle)
Current Fair Housing Certification
Physical Activities up to and including walking, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, stretching, climbing stairs or ladders, and standing for periods of time
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
