Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journeys and create feedback loops that inform product roadmap priorities
Establish strategic partnerships with implementation partners and system integrators to extend delivery capacity across regions and technical domains
Build and scale specialized teams including Implementation Managers (orchestrating complete enterprise transformations), Integration Specialists (managing technical integrations), and Solution Architects
Recruit talent with diverse skill sets spanning supply chain domain expertise, enterprise ERP implementation experience, AI/ML technical capabilities, and change management proficiency
