Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing and experiments following SOPs, GLPs, and GMPs
Prepare reagents, samples, and solutions for development and customer projects
Support data collection, documentation, and reporting of test results
Maintain lab equipment, instrumentation, and workspaces
Assist with chemical inventory, storage, and waste management
Cross-train in sensory evaluation and analytical testing techniques
Enter and manage data in laboratory and manufacturing systems
Communicate findings and issues clearly with lab and operations teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Support trade show and customer sample preparation
Flexibility to occasionally work night shifts based on project needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with up to 2 years of industrial experience, or a Master's degree
Background in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline
Strong analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills
