Business Development Manager
ScaleneWorks INC is a new-age, AI-first IT services company focused on Modernization and Engineering AI first solutions. They are seeking a dynamic Sales Hunter to drive client acquisition and manage the sales cycle for their AI services portfolio, while collaborating with technical teams and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive net-new client acquisition through proactive outreach and demand generation campaigns
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across client’s growing AI services portfolio
Understand client pain points across digital transformation, application modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, engineering, and related areas to position client’s solutions effectively
Actively participate in client discussions, discovery meetings, and shaping solution narratives
Partner with technical and delivery teams to align proposals to client needs
Maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in CRM systems
Contribute to go-to-market feedback and help refine positioning as the company scales
Achieve revenues of $500k in Year 1 and $1.5M in Year 2
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience selling innovative services to mid-sized enterprises, especially in the US
2–3 years of experience in IT services, with some exposure to client-facing or pre-sales activities in Domains such as Healthcare, Retail and Travel
Recent MBA or business graduate with a strong interest in enterprise technology and services
Demonstrated acumen in identifying and engaging new logos—understands prospecting techniques, lead qualification, and early-stage deal shaping
Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable in a startup-like environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
