Lead and oversee day-to-day healthcare billing and revenue cycle operations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, payer, and contractual requirements
Manage, coach, and develop billing team members
Monitor and report revenue cycle KPIs
Identify and implement process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues
Ability to manage multiple EMR systems
Support system enhancements and payer changes
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of healthcare billing/RCM experience required
Leadership experience managing billing teams
Strong Excel and billing system proficiency
Preferred
Home health or post-acute billing experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in business is a plus
