Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and post-launch analytics
Define product vision, 3-5 year strategy, and value drivers
Lead AI-driven initiatives including virtual assistant development
Conduct market research, data analysis, and prototyping
Collaborate with engineering, UX, leadership, and business stakeholders
Manage executive-level roadmaps and product performance using KPIs
Use Google Analytics for tracking and insights
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAFe Agile environment
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Product Management / Product Owner roles
Hands-on experience with AI products (mandatory)
Google Analytics expertise (mandatory)
SAFe Certified Product Manager (mandatory)
Strong experience in Agile / SAFe environments
Experience with digital portals, mobile apps, and cloud platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus
