Program Director - Metropolitan Apartments Program
Bowery Residents' Committee is seeking a Program Director for their supportive apartment treatment program for the homeless mentally ill. The role involves managing all facets of the program, including staff recruitment, service delivery, compliance with regulations, and oversight of leased apartments.

Responsibilities
Management of all facets of a 122-bed supportive apartment treatment program for the homeless mentally ill
This entails the recruitment and management of all staff, including professional and non-professional, and the planning, evaluation and adjustment of program service delivery to meet client needs
Complete monthly program reports, annual reports for funding sources and program policy development and implementation
Responsible for maintaining census, quality assurance and for ensuring compliance with OMH regulations
Manage relationships with Landlords and addressing issues in a timely manner
Responsible for oversight of leased apartments with regards to lease renewal, rental payments and maintenance
Related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Masters degree in one of the mental health disciplines
Two or more years in a supervisor or managerial position
Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to coordinate services in a complicated organizational environment
Preferred
Vaccination preferred but not required
