Responsibilities
Support and lead matters involving bankruptcies, reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, liquidations, foreclosures, distressed investing, asset protection, and commercial litigation related to creditor-debtor rights
Be part of a team that handles every phase of the restructuring lifecycle, from negotiation and strategy to litigation and execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle complex litigation and transactional matters
Preferred
Federal and state court experience
