Responsibilities
Own the marketing lifecycle for 60+ events, ensuring the end-to-end delivery of graphics, digital decks, and large-scale booth designs
Translate complex event requirements from high-level creative briefs
Partner with the Creative Studio to ensure brand integrity while meeting aggressive, often last-minute, production deadlines
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across San Bruno, Hoboken, and Bentonville, bringing clarity to ambiguous requests and proactively identifying risks before they impact event dates
Adapt to shifting booth specs and hardware requirements while maintaining a rigorous standard for branding and design
Ensure the on-site teams have every asset required for a flawless execution
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in Marketing Program Management or Project Management, with a heavy emphasis on large-scale event production
Comprehensive knowledge of the event production process, including booth design specs, printing workflows, and hardware requirements
Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Asana
The ability to lead through influence, managing cross-functional dependencies and 'fast-moving' environments with a calm, decisive presence
A background that proves you can pivot quickly when information is delayed or requirements change at the eleventh hour
Exceptional ability to synthesize information from multiple stakeholders and communicate 'the what' and 'the why' to creative teams
