This position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with Ford Motor Company requirements, and smooth coordination across all departments.

Responsibilities
Manage daily dealership accounting and office operations
Ensure compliance with Ford Motor Company policies and reporting requirements
Post and reconcile vehicle deals accurately and timely
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
Manage flooring schedules, manufacturer statements, and reconciliations
Prepare and submit required Ford financial and operational reports
Support payroll processing and maintain HR documentation
Maintain internal controls and assist with audits as needed
Supervise and support office and accounting staff
Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, and Management teams
Qualification
Required
Prior Ford dealership experience REQUIRED
Automotive office management or senior dealership accounting experience
Strong knowledge of dealership accounting systems (CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds, etc.)
Understanding of Ford financial statements, incentives, and reporting processes
High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
