Office Manager - Recorder of Deeds

NEOGOV is seeking an executive-level Office Manager to oversee and coordinate Recorder of Deeds work activities within the St. Louis County Department of Revenue. The role involves developing policies for the Homeowner Support Referral Program and managing collaborative partnerships with external organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding the HSRP
Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with external organizations, community groups, and government agencies to enhance the effectiveness of the HSRP
Serve on HSRP and vacant property-related committees internally and externally
Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the HSRP and effectively monitor progress
Manage HSRP projects utilizing Open Projects or other designated County-approved software
Compile, analyze and prepare publications, data reports and analytics for distribution to internal and external stakeholders
Perform all other duties as assigned

Required

Equivalent to five years of related work experience
The work rules for the Department of Revenue require all employees, whether they reside in St. Louis County or elsewhere, to remain current in the payment of their personal and real estate property taxes

Preferred

Preference may be given to applicants with experience working in the public sector, more specifically with community outreach/engagement programs
