Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution across cross-functional teams
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and budgets
Coordinate work across business, technology, and external partners
Provide clear, concise status reporting to stakeholders and executives
Identify delivery and adoption risks and implement mitigation strategies
Design and execute communication strategies, including messaging, cadence, and channels
Develop and oversee training and enablement plans to support adoption
Partner with executive sponsors and leaders to drive alignment and engagement
Measure adoption, reinforce change, and adjust strategies as needed
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders and sponsors
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated background in Organizational Change Management (communications, training, readiness)
Experience supporting large-scale or enterprise-level change initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience supporting technology, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
