Responsibilities
Design and implement cross-functional strategies that integrate Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to create a unified Source of Truth for client data
Lead and manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle of multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet Bluleadz quality standards and timelines
Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover operational bottlenecks and translate business needs into high-impact technical solutions
Architect advanced automation and data structures that improve company-wide efficiency, moving beyond marketing tactics to focus on overall business health
Manage sophisticated data migrations and portal audits to ensure CRM data integrity, custom object architecture, and advanced reporting accuracy
Act as a lead consultant, training client stakeholders on how to manage their transformed HubSpot environment for long-term success
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator with deep technical knowledge across all primary hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data)
Proven experience in mapping complex business processes and translating them into technical workflows
Exceptional ability to lead client-facing conversations, manage expectations, and present strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
A self-starter motivated to use modern tools (like AI coding assistants or automation builders) to achieve success autonomously and efficiently
Preferred
Experience in an agency setting is preferred, with a track record of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously
