Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries to general ledger accounts
Reconcile general ledger activity and ensure trial balance accuracy
Perform account and financial data reconciliations
Execute basic accruals, adjustments, and other accounting tasks
Support performance metric tracking at functional, team, and individual levels
Participate in rotational assignments across business lines and geographies
Collaborate with Trades, Reconciliation, Valuation, Client Onboarding, and Tech Support teams
Standardize client reporting and validate static data mapping
Review client instructions and improve quality with third-party coordination
Determine Net Asset Value (NAV) for assigned funds during each cycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
3–6 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
Preferred
