Client Engagement Manager
SGS Technologie is looking for a Client Engagement Manager to work directly with clients at St. Petersburg, FL. The role focuses on supporting financial advisors during business transitions and onboarding processes, ensuring effective communication and relationship management throughout the onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
RCS Project lead for conversions onto the custody and clearing platform; ability to manage own workflow while keeping key stakeholders appropriately involved and up to date
Fosters and collaborates in the development of new client relationships
Acts as primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform
Effective external and internal client communications
Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of custody and clearing business, its products, and supporting functions
Conducts effective educational meetings delivering a professional presentation
Ensures follow up and trains to inquiries related to services, qualifications, instructions or paperwork requirements for various programs
Ensures completion of all onboarding related tasks; maintains Salesforce workflow and data requirements
Ensures accuracy, completion and archival of onboarding contracts
Proactively monitors onboarding activity with the ability to identify system or potential risk situations and escalates appropriately
Builds and maintains key relationships and coordinates tasks with internal business lines demonstrating a culture of engagement and assistance
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Recent experience within the financial services industry, specifically supporting financial advisors during the transition of their business
Strong job stability and consistent tenure across prior roles
Direct, hands-on experience supporting financial advisors through business transitions and onboarding activities within a broker-dealer environment
Ability to manage own workflow while keeping key stakeholders appropriately involved and up to date
Fosters and collaborates in the development of new client relationships
Acts as primary point of contact during onboarding to the platform
Effective external and internal client communications
Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of custody and clearing business, its products, and supporting functions
Conducts effective educational meetings delivering a professional presentation

Knowledge of in-depth concepts, practices and procedures of custody and clearing firms
Knowledge of fundamental concepts of financial markets, accounts, products, and the transfer process
Knowledge of operational processes common to a custody and clearing platform
Knowledge of project planning and implementation
Excellent communication and strong business writing skills
Ability to organize and maintain schedules, as well as present virtually
Following-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks
Proven ability to be able to multitask and meet deadlines
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects to completion in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to influence and bring different parties together for a positive outcome
Cultivating and maintaining effective working relationships at throughout and at all levels of the organization
Creative problem solving to meet client needs
Ability to work directly with client firm executives and associates at all levels of the organization
Ability to organize, prioritize, manage, and track multiple details, tasks, and assignments in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to have detailed understanding of policy, procedures and processes
Ability to gather information, identify needs, and proactively apply findings to develop solutions
Ability to listen actively and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners
At least 3 years of experience in financial services, client support, or project coordination
Preferred
Series 7 plus but not required
