Responsibilities
Test Planning & Execution: Build and execute Tosca model‑based and data‑driven test cases to validate business requirements
Defect Management: Log, track, and verify defects with detailed documentation (steps, severity, impact, logs)
Regression & Acceptance Testing: Support ongoing releases and service pack validation
Compliance: Adhere to Georgia IT security and privacy standards, especially around sensitive data
Documentation & Support: Manage test data, maintain testing documentation, and assist/train junior staff in Tosca best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca test automation
Experience in system testing, regression testing, and test planning
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
System testing methodologies – 3+ years
Understanding of software requirements for full test coverage – 3+ years
Test automation using Tosca – 3+ years
Test case documentation & reporting – 3+ years
Analytical and critical-thinking skills – 3+ years
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Preferred
Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 or 2
