Collaborate with the founding team to define the medium- and long-term development direction
Break down the macroscopic vision into phased strategic goals
Define key assumptions and verification priorities for different stages
Ensure that the strategy is not just "seemingly complete," but "can be verified and modified step by step."
Evaluate different business directions, market opportunities, and growth paths
Define phased strategic priorities to avoid resource dispersion
Provide structured decision support for major investments, business launches, and adjustments
Translate strategic goals into actionable guidance for each function
Promote a consistent understanding of the strategy across operations, product, marketing, etc
Prevent the strategy from "only existing in management meetings."
Continuously track industry structure, competitive landscape, and key variables
Avoid chasing trends, but proactively identify changes that truly impact the company's long-term development
Translate external changes into internal strategic adjustment recommendations
Establish a strategic review and adjustment rhythm
Clearly identify which assumptions have been validated and which need correction
Help management make decisions based on facts, not inertia
Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience in strategy, business, or general management
At least one experience participating in a company's process from 'direction exploration' to 'strategy formation'
Able to clearly explain why certain decisions must be made with incomplete information
Able to clearly explain why some opportunities must be abandoned
Able to think about long-term issues from a macro perspective
Willing to delve into details to understand real execution constraints
Able to deeply collaborate with the founding team, rather than being a passive advisor
