Responsibilities
Daily data entry into contract management system. This includes creating new sales and purchase contracts, inputting truck, rail and barge shipment data, and maintaining accurate contract balances
Reconcile contract balances with both suppliers and customers throughout the term of contracts
Assist in the development and maintenance of reports out of contract management system
Reconcile and balance futures, options with cash positions
Provide backup to the Accounting Department as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have high attention to detail and accuracy
Must have the ability to multitask
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
Must have excellent communication skills and provide superior customer service
Must have high level of computer skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Suites
Preferred
2-year Associates degree and/or Grain Accounting experience is preferred
Experience in Tableau is beneficial
