Responsibilities
Build, extend, and troubleshoot automated test and BDD frameworks for .NET applications using SpecFlow, C#, and Gherkin
Analyze and refactor existing executable specifications to improve accuracy and resilience
Define and enforce standards for clear, consistent, and effective test cases
Design and implement a modern, cloud-native test automation framework
Partner with developers and product owners to ensure automation is developed alongside application features
Execute functional, regression, performance, and exploratory testing with a strong automation focus
Support usability, accessibility, and security testing within the automation strategy
Coordinate UAT efforts with business stakeholders, including data validation and business rules alignment
Identify gaps in automation coverage and CI/CD pipelines and propose improvements
Qualification
Required
7+ years of automated testing experience, with a focus on BDD and cloud-based environments
5+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium / ChromeDriver
5+ years working with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
5+ years using Visual Studio and/or VS Code
Preferred
Experience with accessibility, performance, or security automation
Familiarity with tools such as Tosca or other test orchestration platforms
Experience with test data management or synthetic data generation
